Since September 2004, Chignecto-Central Virtual School has been providing high school students and adult high students with the opportunity to access high school credits online. This service is particularly important to students in more rural settings, allowing them to access courses online that may not be available in their area because the class size would be too small or specialized courses are not offered at every school.
Each year, hundreds of students at high schools across CCRCE realize success via online courses, in subjects like mathematics, the humanities, technology and the sciences.
