Please note, by completing this form it does not guarantee that the Optional French Program will be offered at your selected school. The program offered at specific schools will depend upon interest and availability of qualified French Teachers.

In order for a student to be considered for one of our 2026-2027 Optional French Programs, this application form must be submitted online before March 6th, 2026
