As part of the SchoolsPlus teams, our parent navigators assist in navigating children, youth, and their families to services and resources in their school, Regional Centre for Education, and their communities. Our Parent Navigators work collaboratively with other schools and agency staff to ensure students and their families have timely support to understand the appropriate services available, the processes to access them, and effective assistance as needed throughout the process. This includes services beyond education, such as health, justice, and other community services.
